You are always in control of your data. Here's how to remove it.
If you have an active Slips+ subscription, cancel it first in your device settings — deleting the app or account does not automatically cancel billing (manage Apple subscriptions · manage Google Play subscriptions).
Already uninstalled the app? Email privacy@slips.app from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to verify your identity (for example, a code sent to your registered email or phone) to protect your account.
What we may keep: a limited set of records we are legally required to retain (for example, transaction records for tax and fraud-prevention), held securely and separately, and de-identified where possible.
Account deletion is confirmed immediately in-app, and your personal data is fully removed from our systems within [30] days. We'll email you a confirmation when it's complete. Questions? privacy@slips.app.
